Returns Policy
Harbourne Products Limited are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods.
To return goods please follow the following steps:
· Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail info@thebeauty.biz or call us 01372 729629 between 9.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to provide full details of your order and details of the goods you wish to return. · Please return your goods by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and send to the following address:

On receipt of the returned goods Harbourne Products Limited will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavor to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
If you have received your goods as a gift we do not offer refunds however, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.
In addition to our returns policy you do have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us notification to cancel in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. This may also be applied to delivery of goods made to a third party.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
